Final Inspections & Payment
Your contract will define a payment structure. Generally a restoration, custom furniture, or built-in will require payment before the piece is delivered.
Delivery & Installation are a separate phase than a restoration or construction project. The Delivery & Installation phases will be defined and require independent payment structures.
Upon completion of delivery and installation, we will request you inspect the final product at our shop. We will address any issues as quickly as possible. We expect final payment at this time. Upon completion of payment, we'll request you sign off on the commission. The delivery & installation phases will follow.
